Dominique Arsenius, a native of Mauritius, has 37 years’ experience in the culinary field. His passion for cooking was awakened by his grandmother. His career began modestly as a dishwasher, but he gradually climbed the ranks. Drawing on his travels around the world and his enriching international culinary experience, he now aspires to share his know-how with the Ikambo restaurant team and the Malagasy population.
